The Russian Paralympic Committee congratulates the Russian National Fencing on the Wheelchairs Team with winning the second place in overall team standing at the 2013 IPC World Wheelchair Fencing Championship in Budapest , Hungary (August 7-12, 2013).

Gold medal winners were: Alexander Kyzukov ( epee in “B” category) and Alexander Logutenko ( epee in category “ C” and foil in category “C”). The Russian National Team consisted of twenty one athletes, among them winners of the World and European Championships. The Team coach Elena Belkina is coach of the highest category.
