Born May 19, 1987 in Boryslav (Lviv region, Ukrainian SSR).

From 2009 to 2010 - Specialist, leading specialist of the sports and methodological department of the Russian Paralympic Committee.
From 2010 to 2022 - Head of the Organizational Department, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Russian Paralympic Committee.
Since 2022 - Chief of Staff of the Russian Paralympic Committee.
PUBLIC ACTIVITIES
Since 2015 has been a member of the Central Committee of the All-Russian Trade Union of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism Workers of the Russian Federation
In 2022, at the regular reporting and election conference of the PCR, he was elected Chairman of the Executive Committee and First Vice President of the PCR
Since 2023, by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1862-R dated July 12, 2023, he has been included in the Expert Council of the State Fund for Support of Participants in the Special Military Operation “Defenders of the Fatherland”
In 2026, at the regular reporting and election conference of the PCR, he was elected Chairman of the PCR Executive Committee
