The Russian national team won 12 medals at the ITTF World Para Elite Yvelines table tennis tournament.
From September 12 to 16, the ITTF World Para Elite Yvelines 2026 international table tennis tournament was held in Yvelines (France).
More than 200 athletes from 34 countries took part in the competition.
Based on the results of their performance, the Russian national team won 12 medals: 4 gold, 3 silver, and 5 bronze.
In the singles competition, the silver medalists were Malyak Aliyeva in class 6, Galina Gorokhovatchenko in class 7, and Anastasia Kostenevich in class 10. Bronze medals were awarded to Nadezhda Pushpasheva in class 2, Artem Yakovlev in class 8, and Yuri Nozdrunov in class 9.
In the doubles competition, the winners were Malyak Aliyeva and Elena Litvienko in class WD14, as well as Yuri Nozdrunov and Artem Yakovlev in class MD18.
In the mixed doubles competition, gold medals were won by Dmitry Chubarov and Nadezhda Pushpasheva in class XD4, as well as Artem Yakovlev and Malyak Aliyeva in class XD14. The bronze medalists were Maxim Nazarkin and Galina Gorokhovatchenko in class XD14, as well as Yuri Nozdrunov and Elena Litvienko in class XD17-20.
The ITTF World Para Elite Yvelines was the first international start for Russian athletes under the national flag after the lifting of restrictions on participation in ITTF competitions. The decision on the possibility of competing under the Russian flag was made by the ITTF Executive Committee on July 13, 2026.
