On July 19, 2013 the Opening Ceremony of the 2013 IPC Athletics World Championship at the Pareli Stadium in Lyon (France) took place.

{nl}{nl}Together with the Russian National Paralympic Team. The Opening Ceremony was attended by the first Vice President, the Chairman of the Executive Committee Pavel Rozhkov.
