4 TEAMS WILL TAKE PART IN ALL-RUSSIAN OPEN CHILDREN AND YOUTH SLEDGE HOCKEY COMPETITION

The tournament will take place on January 27-30 in the city of Nizhny Novgorod (Nizhny Novgorod region) in the "Nagorny" Sports Palace.

 

The boys and girls aged 14 to 19 years old will fight for the medals of the tournament.

 

Four teams will take part in the tournament: "SKA-Strelka" (Saint-Petersburg), the combined team of Tula Region, "TATSIB" (Republic of Tatarstan/Novosibirsk Region) and the combined team of Moscow.

 

The opening ceremony will be held on January, 27.

 

The group stage will be held from 27 to 29 January.

On 30 January there will be a match for the bronze and the final game of the tournament.

 

At the end of the competition, winners will be chosen in the individual categories: best forward, best defender, best goalkeeper and most valuable player.

 

As part of the competition, the Russian Paralympic Committee and the All-Russian Sports Federation for Persons with Physical Impairments will hold an anti-doping seminar for the competitors.
