Para-cyclist Sergey Pudov became the owner of the World Cup
The final stage of the Para – cycling World Cup among the athletes with physical and visual impairments was held in Baie-Comea, Canada, from 8-11 August 2019.
Udmurt cyclist Sergey Pudov won both races in this competition.
In time trial, on August 9, Sergey was more than 45 seconds ahead of US representative Cody Jung, who won the silver, and won more than one minute against the Irishman Ronan Grimes, who took bronze medal.
In the group race, on August 11, Pudov overtook the 2018 World Champion the Italian – Michelle Pittacolo, who became the second.
As the result of all 3 stages, Sergey Pudov won 5 gold and 1 silver medal and became the owner of the World Cup.
