The IWAS Wheelchair Fencing Committee after Meeting of the Executive Committee decided to postpone the Wheelchair Fencing World Cup in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the last week of may, 2021.
The competition was originally scheduled for February 24-28.
The decision was made in response to the current challenges posed by COVID-19, with the health and safety of all athletes, officials and personnel being paramount.
