VORONCHIKHINA WON THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN SUPER COMBINED DISCIPLINE, BUGAEV WON SILVER
From 12 to 23 January in Lillehammer (Norway) team of RPC takes part in the IPC Para Snow Sports World Championships.
On January 17 there was held competitions in alpine skiing in the discipline "super combined".
As a result RPC team won 1 gold and 1 silver medal.
The winners of competitions in alpine skiing were:
I place - Varvara Voronchikhina (Moscow/ Irkutsk Region), downhill, standing category
II place - Alexei Bugaev (Moscow/Sakhalin region), downhill, standing category.
According to the results of five days of the Championship, the RPC team won 10 gold, 12 silver and 9 bronze medals.

11:00-12:30 Cross-Country Skiing, 18 km distance, sitting category (men)
11:00-12:30 Cross-Country Skiing, 15 km distance, sitting category (women)
13:00-14:30 Cross-Country Skiing, 20 km distance, standing category / athletes with visual impairment (men)
15:00-16:00 Cross-Country Skiing, 15 km distance, standing category / athletes with visual impairment (women)
