The President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Vladimir Lukin in Kaliningrad (Kaliningrad Region) took part in a joint meeting of the Council for the Development of Physical Culture and of the President of the Russian Federation and the Supervisory Board of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "The Organizing Committee" Russia-2018 ".

The meeting was held by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
