The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed a decree (Number 224 – rp from August 21 2018) “To reward the Russian sportsmen for their successful preparation that allowed them to reach high sporting achievements in the Winter Paralympic Games 2018 in Pyeongchang (Republic of Korea)”.
