THE RUSSIAN NATIONAL TEAM WILL TAKE PART IN THE WORLD CUP IN PARALYMPIC CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING AND BIATHLON IN SLOVENIA

The Russian national team will take part in the World Cup in Paralympic cross-country skiing and biathlon in Slovenia

The World Cup in Cross-country skiing and Biathlon among athletes with musculoskeletal disorders and visual impairment is being held in Planica (Slovenia).

These competitions are the first international start for the Russian national team in the current sports season.

In total, about 90 athletes from 15 countries will take part in the World Cup stage.

According to the competition program, medals in cross-country skiing will be awarded on February 3, 4 and 7. The winners in the biathlon will be determined on February 6, 9 and 10.

The Russian national team will include 7 athletes with musculoskeletal injuries and 16 with visual impairment.

The second stage of the World Cup is scheduled for the period from 15 to 26 March in the Finnish Vuokatti.
