THE INTERNATIONAL BLIND SPORTS FEDERATION HAS PUBLISHED A CALENDAR OF PARA JUDO COMPETITIONS FOR 2022
The International Blind Sports Federation has published a calendar of judo competitions for 2022.
The World Championship will be held from November 7 to 9 in Baku (Azerbaijan). The program of competitions will include individual and team types.
The Italian city of Cagliari will host the European Championship from September 2 to 9. Initially, the competition was to be held in 2021, but was postponed due to the transfer of the Paralympic Games in Tokyo in 2021.
There will also be three Grand Prix judo events in 2022.
Antalya, Turkey, will host the first Grand Prix, which will be held April 23-25.
The second Grand Prix will be held May 28-29 in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
The season will conclude with a competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil from July 2 to 3.
