TASS: RUSSIAN PARALYMPIANS WILL BE TESTED FOR DOPING BEFORE THE GAMES UNTIL FEBRUARY 17

MOSCOW, December 21. /TASS/. Athletes of the Russian national team will undergo doping tests before the start of the Paralympic Games until February 17. This was announced by Acting President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Pavel Rozhkov at a board meeting of the Ministry of Sport of Russia.

Winter Paralympic Games will take place in Beijing from 4 to 13 March.

"As for anti-doping testing, there are currently 124 athletes on the expanded list of candidates, who have taken a total of more than 300 tests. The testing period is until February 17," Rozhkov said.
