TASS: Rozhkov discusses accommodation conditions for Russians with LA 2028 Paralympics organizing committee

The head of the Russian Paralympic Committee also inspected the sports venues where competitions will be held.

MOSCOW, August 31. /TASS/. Pavel Rozhkov, President of the Russian Paralympic Committee (RPC), has discussed accommodation conditions for Russian athletes with the organizing committee of the 2028 Paralympic Games. This was reported to TASS by the RPC press service.

"From August 25 to 27, during his visit, the head of the RPC familiarized himself with the sports facilities where competitions will take place, inspected accommodation sites for national delegations, and held meetings with representatives of the organizing committee, during which the arrangements for the participation of national delegations in the Paralympic Games were discussed," the statement reads.

In Los Angeles, Rozhkov took part in events organized by the host committee as part of preparations for the 2028 Paralympic Games. During the trip, the RPC president also held working meetings with leaders of foreign national paralympic committees.

The Los Angeles Paralympic Games will take place from August 15 to 27, 2028.

The participation in these events was supported by the Russian Sports Fund.
