MOSCOW, September 6. /TASS/. Thousands of athletes will take part in the Summer Games for Para Athletes "We are together. Sport" . That's what Pavel Rozhkov, the President of Russian Paralympic Committee told TASS on Tuesday.
The games "We are together. Sport" will be held from October 2 to 9 in Sochi.
"The Summer Games for Para Athletes "We are together. Sport" will be one of the largest competitions among Paralympic athletes held in Russia, - said Rozhkov. - The Chief Referee Board has received applications from teams from Belarus, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Germany and 78 other subjects of the Russian Federation. More than 1 800 people will take part in the competitions, 170 of which are representatives of foreign countries and more than 1 000 - Russian athletes".
Winter games "We are together. Sport" took place from March, 16 till March, 21, 2022 in Khanty-Mansiysk.
