Russian NPC President Vladimir Lukin Expresses Condolences to Belgium Paralympic Committee

The Russian Paralympic committee expresses our most profound condolences for all who were killed and injured in this outrageous attack, and more widely to Belgium and all the people of Belgium who have been so terribly affected.

The only consolation is that it strengthens our solidarity and resolve to protect fundamental human rights.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who have become victims of  this horrific act of extremism and hatred.
