RPC Press-release on the commentary of the IPC President Andrew Parsons

As previously reported, practical work is continuing between the Working Groups of the International Paralympic Committee and the Russian Paralympic Committee to resolve the remaining organizational and financial issues. We hope that this work will soon be completed.
