Russian Paralympic Committee expresses its gratitude to Mr. Andrey Ryabinskiy – vice-president of Russian Professional Boxing Federation, for providing financial and organizational support in hiring international law specialists to appeal against the decision of IPC regarding RPC membership’s suspension and ban of Russian Paralympic Team to participate in Rio 2016 Paralympic Games (Brazil).

RPC signed an Agreement with Mr. Andrey Ryabinskiy devoted to financial and legal services support to RPC in the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
