The Russian Paralympic Committee congratulates Vladimir Bardyshev, member of the RPC Executive Committee, Chairman of the regional branch of the Russian Paralympic Committee in the Republic of Kalmykia, Master of Sports of the USSR Vladimir Bardyshev on his Jubilee.

Vladimir Georgievich is a highly professional leader who is sincerely devoted to his beloved work. For many years, being at the head of the regional branch of the RPC in the Republic of Kalmykia, he has made a significant contribution to strengthening and promoting the values of Paralympic Movement both in the region and in the country as a whole. Vladimir Georgievich has achieved serious results in this direction. In his person, the RPC always finds support and mutual understanding when organizing large-scale socially significant projects aimed at popularizing sports among people with disabilities, and this work deserves the most sincere words of recognition.

For his great contribution to the development of the Paralympic movement in the Russian Federation and in connection with the 60th anniversary, Vladimir Georgievich was awarded the jubilee gratitude of the Russian Paralympic Committee.
