PAVEL ROZHKOV TOOK PART IN THE MEETING OF THE IWAS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE
On 11 January Pavel Rozhkov, Chairman of the Governing Board, First Vice-President of the Russian Paralympic Committee, IWAS Vice-President took part in the IWAS Executive Committee meeting via videoconference.
The meeting was chaired by IWAS President Rudi Van Den Abbeele.
As part of consideration of the agenda Pavel Rozhkov reported on preparations for the 2022 IWAS World Games and the IWAS General Assembly. The participants discussed the possibility of holding the Games Opening Ceremony and meeting of the IWAS Executive Committee on October 3 and the Reporting and Elective General Assembly on October 4.
They also considered issues of uniting IWAS with the International Cerebral Palsy International Sports and Recreation Association (CPISRA), holding regional championships in wheelchair fencing, competitions in electric wheelchair hockey, IWAS Winter Games, etc.
