PAVEL ROZHKOV TOOK PART IN AWARDING AND CLOSING CEREMONIES OF THE RUSSIAN SAILING CUP FOR PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT ON PYROGOVSKOYE RESERVOIR
Russian Paralympic Committee President Pavel Rozhkov in Moscow Region participated in watching the competition and awarding and closing ceremonies of the Russian Cup in sailing for people with physical impairments.
Competitions were held on Pirogovskoye water reservoir from the 1st till the 5th of August. There were 10 athletes from 4 regions of the country.
During visiting the competition Head of the Russian Paralympic Committee awarded Mr. Sergey Volchkov, the Manager of the Berezki Park Hotel and Yacht Club, honoured master of sport of Russia and world champion, gratitude for supporting Russian national sailing team for persons with physical impairments as well as for assistance in organizing training and competition activities.
Alexander Balakhonov (Moscow) won the competition. Anton Tkachenko (Moscow) became the silver medalist. Nikolay Ulyashev (Voronezh region) placed third.
