PAVEL ROZHKOV INFORMED THAT THE RUSSIAN PARALYMPIC COMMITTEE HAS SEND STATEMENT OF APPEAL TO THE CAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIGNED ARBITRATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE RPC AND THE IPC

Chairman of the Executive Board, 1st Vice-President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Pavel Rozhkov informed that the RPC has send the Statement of Appeal to the CAS in accordance with signed Arbitration Agreement between the RPC and the IPC. 

The Hearing is scheduled on August 21, 2016 in Rio-de-Janeiro, Brazil.

The CAS Panel to issue the operative part of its award before midnight (CEST) on 22 August 2016
