PAVEL ROZHKOV IN SARATOV VISITED THE REGIONAL COMPLEX CHILDREN'S AND YOUTH SPORTS-ADAPTIVE SCHOOL "REHABILITATION AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION" AND MET WITH MEMBERS OF THE RUSSIAN PARALYMPIC TEAMS - REPRESENTATIVES OF THE SARATOV REGION
The President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Pavel Rozhkov visited in Saratov the Regional Paralympic sports school "Rehabilitation and Physical Education" and met with the members of the Russian Paralympic teams - representatives of Saratov Region, and School management and staff.
The meeting discussed the development of the Paralympic movement in the region and Russia. In particular, there were considered the questions of organization and carrying out of training activities and competitions.
Pavel Rozhkov has handed honorary signs and certificates "Merited Master of Sports of Russia" to the students of Children and Youth Sports School "Rif" - silver and bronze medalist of the Tokyo Paralympic Games in table tennis Malyak Alieva, 2-times bronze medalist of the Tokyo Paralympic Games in swimming Julia Shishova and bronze medalist of the Tokyo Paralympic Games in boccia Sergey Safin.
The meeting was also attended by Irina Sedova, Director of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Russian Junior Sports School "Rif", Maria Kolobova, Russian athletics champion, Sergey Filippov, Russian champion in shooting, coaches of Russian national teams: Nikolai Kirpichnikov, Merited Coach of Russia in table tennis, Galina Filippova, Merited Coach of Russia in swimming, Stepanova Nadezhda and others.
During the visit to the sports organization, Irina Sedova and Pavel Rozhkov inspected the training and rehabilitation facilities of the sports complex.
