PAVEL ROZHKOV HELD A MEETING OF THE RPC GOVERNING BOARD
On 27 October the President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Pavel Rozhkov in the office of the RPC held the meeting of the Governing Board of the Russian Paralympic Committee.
Pavel Rozhkov spoke about the first question of the agenda of the IPC Extraordinary General Assembly and IPC Membership Gathering 2022 which will take place from 16 to 18 November 2022 in Berlin, Germany.
The reports on carrying out of All-Russian open youth competitions for athletes with disabilities which are carried out at the expense of money received from the Joint Gambling Regulator were made by Andrey Strokin, Secretary General of the RPC, President of the All-Russian Federation of Sports for Persons with physical impairments, the 5-time champion of Paralympic Games and Lidia Abramova, Vice-President of the RPC, President of Russian Blind Sports Federation.
About the preparation for the 17th Awarding Ceremony of Russian Paralympic Committee "Return to Life", the Chairperson of the Governing Board and the First Vice-President of Russian Paralympic Committee, Artem Toropchin, reported.
In addition, other issues relating to the current activities of the RPC were considered.
