Pavel Rozhkov, Chairman of the Executive Committee, First Vice-President of the Russian Paralympic Committee, head of the RPC working group on the preparation of Russian Paralympic national teams for participation in the XIII Paralympic Winter Games 2022 in Beijing (China), took part in the second day of the webinar for the heads of missions of the participating countries of the XIII Paralympic Winter Games 2022 in Beijing (China).

During the webinar, issues related to services for national Paralympic Committees, submission of sports applications, accreditation, mass media, medical and anti-doping support, etc. were discussed.
