NPC OF CHINA IS COMMITTED TO CONTINUED COOPERATION WITH THE RPC
MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. The National Paralympic Committee (NPC) of China has sent a letter to the Russian Paralympic Committee (RPC) with words of appreciation for the work of the Chinese side on the organization of the Winter Paralympic Games held in Beijing. As stated in a letter from the head of the NPC of China Zhang Haidi, provided to TASS by the RPC, the Chinese side intends to use the opportunities for further cooperation with the RPC.

Your letter dated March 13 was well received, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks for your congratulations on the good results of the Chinese Delegation at the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games. My thanks also goes to your high recognition of the organizing work of the Games.
The excellent performance of the Chinese athletes has proved once again that participating in sports activities is an important way for the rehabilitation and fittness, equal participation in society and self-worth realization of persons with disabilities. We will continue our efforts in advancing the sports development of people with disabilities, creating more favorable conditions for them to integrate into society and achieve their own value.
Chinese Paralympic Committee pays great attention to its cooperation with the Russian Paralympic Committee. This year and the next year mark the Years of Sports Exchanges between China and Russia. Let’s use this opportunity to further deepen the exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in the field of sports for people with disabilities. We welcome Russian Paralympic athletes to China after the pandemic.
