MORE THAN 50 ATHLETES WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE RUSSIAN PARA ROWING CHAMPIONSHIP IN MOSCOW

On June 28-30, the All-Russian Federation of Sports for Persons with Physical Impairments will hold the Russian Para Rowing Championship at the Rowing Canal in Moscow.

More than 50 athletes from 15 regions of the country will be competing for the medals.

The leaders of the Russian national team are among them: Leonid Krylov, Paralympic Games silver medalist; Larisa Volik, Paralympic Games bronze medalist; Artur Chuprov, multiple winner and medalist of World, European and World Cups championships; Maria Nikiforova, multiple winner and medalist of European and World Cups; Igor Korobeinikov, winner and medalist of European and World Cups, Pavel Gromov, a multiple World Championship and Europe Cup winner; Alexandra Dupik, a World Championship and World Cup winner; Nadezhda Andreeva, a World Championship and Europe Cup winner; Artem Voronkov, a European Championship and World Cup winner; and Egor Firsov, a World Cup winner.

Also about 30 paracanoists from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Israel will take part in the competition.
