MEN'S TEAM OF TULA REGION AND WOMEN'S TEAM OF KALUGA REGION WON THE RUSSIAN GOALBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

In the city of Ramenskoye (Moscow region), at the Borisoglebsky Sports Palace, the Russian Goalball Championship has come to an end.

10 men's and 8 women's teams competed for medals.

The final matches of the championship took place on April 6.

In the women's final, the first team of the Kaluga region with a score of 6: 0 defeated the national team of the Moscow region.

Among men, "Tula region - 1" with a score of 6: 5 won against the national team of the Novosibirsk region.

For the 3rd place among women, the Volgograd Region defeated the Krasnodar Territory with a score of 15: 5.

Among men, the first team of the Moscow region won with a score of 8: 6 over the team of the Krasnodar Territory.

In personal nominations, the following were noted:

Top scorers: Elizaveta Kemesheva (Vologda Oblast) and Ivan Antonenko (Novosibirsk Oblast)

Top players: Anastasia Mazur (Kaluga region) and Mikhail Egorov (Tula region).

The ceremony of awarding the winners and prizewinners of the Russian Championship was attended by Vice-President of the Russian Paralympic Committee, President of the Federation of Sports of the Blind Lidia Abramova
