Letter P. Rozhkov to president IPC A. Parsons and IPC Governing Board
Dear Mr. Parsons,
The Russian Paralympic Committee got acquainted with the statements of the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee on the preparation of the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympic Games. The RPC regrets that, due to well-known circumstances, the Ukrainian Para athletes have problems with arrival to the Paralympic Winter Games in Beijing.
We very much hope that these problems will be overcome by collective efforts and Ukrainian Para athletes will be able to take part in the Paralympic Games. We sincerely wish them success!
