In Khanty-Mansiysk, the opening ceremony of the Open All-Russian sport competition "Winter Paralympic Games "We are together. Sport" was held.
Dance studio "Smola" and ensemble "Mlada" opened the ceremony with spectacular and bright performance. The costume theater of "Ugra-Classic" presented a parade of participating countries: Armenia, Tajikistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. The anthem of the Russian Federation was performed by popular Russian performer Irina Dubtsova.
Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a video message to the participants.
The ceremony was attended by Igor Levitin, Aide to the Russian President; Vladimir Yakushev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian President in the Ural Federal District; Natalia Komarova, Governor of Ugra; Oleg Matytsin, Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation; Pavel Rozhkov, Acting President of the Russian Paralympic Committee; Eduard Isakov, the representative of executive body of the state power of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation; 13-time Paralympic Champion, a member of the Russian Paralympic Committee (RPC).
