From February 24 to March 1, 2021 in Kirovo–Chepetsk (Kirov region), on the basis of the ski and biathlon complex "Perekop", the championship and championship of Russia in cross-country skiing for people with intellectual disabilities were held.

Athletes from 10 regions of Russia competed for medals.
