MOSCOW, March 16. /TASS/. Kazakh athletes will participate in the winter Paralympic Games "We are together. Sports" in Khanty-Mansiysk. This was announced by Acting President of the Russian Paralympic Committee (RPC) Pavel Rozhkov.
"Team of Belarus will participate in the competitions, it is already in Khanty-Mansiysk, the teams of Tajikistan and Armenia are going to fly together with us, and tomorrow the team of Kazakhstan will arrive", - said Rozhkov.
The games, March 18-21, will be held in cross-country skiing, biathlon, snowboard, alpine skiing, wheelchair curling and sledge hockey. The opening ceremony of the competitions will be held in "Ugramegasport" ice palace on the 18th of March. Cross-country skiing and biathlon competitions will be held at the Winter Sports Center named after A. Filipenko, alpine skiing and snowboard - at the ski complex "Khvonyi Urman", curling in wheelchairs - at the "Arena-Ugra", sledge hockey - at the ice palace "Ugramegasport".
