ATHLETES, COACHES AND SPECIALISTS OF THE RUSSIAN PARALYMPIC TEAM, SUSPENDED FROM 2022 PARALYMPIC GAMES, RECEIVED MORE THAN 54 MILLION RUBLES FROM FONBET
On July, 28th took place the signing of an agreement between the betting company Fonbet and the Russian Paralympic Committee to transfer more than 54 million rubles to the members of the Russian National Paralympic team suspended from participation in the XIII Paralympic Winter Games 2022 in Beijing (China).
The signing took place at the CSKA Small Sports Arena during the charity Stars Match with the Olympic champions, athletes of the KHL and NHL and Russian Paralympic Sledge-Hockey Team. Alexander Ovechkin, Fonbet Ambassador and gala-match ambassador, Stanley Cup winner and three-time world champion, took part in the ceremony of handing over the symbolic check.
At present, all members of the Russian Paralympic Team, athletes and coaches and specialists directly involved in preparing the athletes for the Beijing Games, have received material aid.
The Russian Paralympic Committee would like to thank BC Fonbet for its support of our team, which was suspended from the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games.
