ANASTASIA KOSTENEVICH WON INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM TITLES AT THE INTERNATIONAL PARA TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT AMONG PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN COSTA RICA
The International Para Table Tennis Tournament ITTF Para Copa Costa Rica Bicentenario 2021 was held on December 10-12 in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Russia was represented by Anastasia Kostenevich, the athlete from St. Petersburg, who won gold medals in the individual and team competitions.
In the individual competitions among girls of the 8-10 classes Anastasia defeated Columbia's Jessica Alzate in the finals, and in the team competitions together with Chile's Ailyn Espinoza and Columbia's Jessica Alzate also took the top step of the podium.
Anali Arreoli (Guatemala) and Grace Williams (Great Britain) won silver medals in team competition.
