ALEXEY BUGAYEV WON THE GOLD MEDAL IN THE GIANT SLALOM AT THE IPC WINTER SPORTS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

From 12 to 23 January in Lillehammer (Norway) Team RPC takes part in the World Championship of the International Paralympic Committee in winter sports (Para Snow Sports World Championships).

On January 19 competitions in alpine skiing in the discipline "giant slalom" among men were held.

As a result, the skier Alexey Bugayev (Moscow / Sakhalin region) won a gold medal.

According to the results of seven days of the championship, the RPC team brought 14 gold, 15 silver and 12 bronze medals to the collection.

11:30-13:00 Giant Slalom alpine skiing (women)
15:00-17:00 Giant Slalom alpine skiing (women)
11:00-10:15 Biathlon, 12.5 km distance, sitting category (men/women)
13:00-14:30 Biathlon, 12.5 km Standing (men/women)
15:00-16:15 Biathlon, 12.5 km distance, athletes with visual impairments (men/women).
