ABOUT 30 ATHLETES HAVE APPLIED FOR THE RUSSIAN WHEELCHAIR TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP IN NIZHNY NOVGOROD

On May 17-23 All-Russian Federaion of Sports for Persons with Physical Impairments will organize the Russian Wheelchair Tennis Championships in Nizhny Novgorod (Nizhny Novgorod region).
The medals of Russian Championship will be played in the individual and pair scoring from the 18th till 22nd of May. There are 30 athletes who have applied for participation.
Among the participants there are European World Cup qualification winners Victoria Lvova, Amina Mangutova and Lyudmila Bubnova, winners of the Junior World Cup Vadim Obukhov and Leonid Gubanov.
Awarding ceremony for the winners and prize-holders of the championship will take place on May 22.
From May 23 to 26 about 25 tennis players will compete for the championship awards.
