THE FINAL ROUND OF THE RUSSIAN SLEDGE HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIP WILL BE HELD FROM 9 TO 18 APRIL AT THE OKA SPORT CENTER IN THE TULA REGION

The final round of the Russian Sledge Hockey Championship will be held in Aleksin (Tula Region) from April 9 to 18 at the "Oka" Republican training base of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation.
From April 10 to 12 will be held matches in groups. On April 13, "semifinal" matches will be held.
Places of the national championship will be determined by the results of the final series of matches to two victories. The final series will be held April 15-17.
In the sports season 2021/2022 there are 8 teams fighting for the championship title.
According to the results of two rounds, Moscow region team "Phoenix" tops the standings. In second place is "Ugra" (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra). Sledge hockey club "Kuznetsov Udmurtia" closes the top three. Kuznetsov" (Udmurt Republic).
Also in Russian Championship the teams "Yastrebs" (Orenburg region), Moscow team, team of Chelyabinsk region, "AKM Sledge". (Tula region), "Torpedo" (Nizhny Novgorod region) take part in Russian Championship .
Among the participants of the national championship there are silver medalists of Paralympic Games in sledge hockey - Dmitry Lisov, Ilya Volkov, Vasily Varlakov, Ivan Kuznetsov, Evgeny Petrov, Ilya Popov, Nikolai Terentyev, Konstantin Shikhov, Vladimir Kamantsev and Vladimir Litvinenko, as well as prize-winners of World Championships and European champions.
The most titled Russian club is "Phoenix". Moscow region sledge hockey players are the current winners of the national championship. The team has seven champion titles.
For a long time, the main competitor of "Phoenix" is the team "Yugra", which has 4 championship titles.
Since 2015 "Phoenix" and "Ugra" share the palm of the championship of Russia.
The first round of the national championship sports season 2021/2022 was held from September 28 to October 7, 2021 in the city of Izhevsk (Republic of Udmurtia). The second round was held in Khanty-Mansiysk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra) from November 9 to 18.
