The Russian National Para Alpine Skiing Team won 4 gold and 5 silver medals at the International Competitions in Netherlands.

In the city of Landgraf (Netherlands) the International Para Alpine Skiing competitions in the “slalom” discipline ended.

More than 100 athletes from 24 countries took part in this competition.

For the Russian national Team it was the first international start in the sports season 2019/2020. This season ended with the victory in the medal standings with 4 gold and 5 silver medals.

Aleksey Bugaev (Moscow/the Krasnoyarsk Territory) went up to the top of the podium twice.

The representative of the Kamchatka Territory and the Moscow region Ivan Frantsev with the leading athlete German Agranovsky won 1 gold and 1 silver medals.

The Moscow region athlete Valery Redkozubov and Eugeny Geroev climbed to the top of the podium, and representative of Moscow and the Irkutsk region Varvara Voronchikhina became the second for two times.

The head coach of the Russian National Para Alpine Skiing Team, the Honored coach of Russia Aleksander Nazarov was appointed as the referee of the first day of the competition.

Following the international start, the first stage of the European Cup will be held in Landgraf from November 7 to 8, in which Russian 12 athletes will take part.
